Skimmers
 Highway and Site Contractors, County and Municipal governments and ultimately the Florida State Water Management Districts became concerned about the epidemic theft of state mandated oil and grease skimmers from stormwater retention ponds.
In response, Environmental Composites, Inc. developed the first structural fiberglass skimmer and worked closely with the precast concrete structure manufacturers and the civil engineering community to design a family of fiberglass skimmer products that would meet both the structural demands and the installation needs of the contractors. The theft resistant, “disappearing” green, Enviro GlaskimerTM, has no residual scrap value, is structurally sound and easy to install.
Environmental Composites produces standard and custom skimmers in fiberglass, aluminum, stainless, and galvanized steel.
